Dear Sir/Madam,

I got my carpet clean done 2 weeks back. They told me at the cleaning time that if you see stains call us we will come back and we will redo it.

I called them next day informing about stains left, they said they will come next week ..they never showed up. Then I called everyday .. finally once they picked up and said they are going to come but it is almost 20 days I have not heard from them.

They charged $200 for this and I am not satisfied at all with what they have done. Can you please help me regarding this? I will appreciate if you will help me in this case, My name is Bobby and my phone no. and address is :-
