I am being illegally charged $9.95 per month by a company called CIC Credit Monitoring. I asked for a free credit report and after receiving very limited material , I cancelled with them within 24 hours. I continued to send them emails to remind them that i have cancelled.

I'm still being charged $9.95 a month illegally. I expect a full refund. Can someone help me with contact information to reach them ? Jeff L

ive been being charged $11.95 for several months now and I need my money back from whoever is stealing it from my account its hard enough making ends meet without someone taking money from my family for no apparent reason please help me to get them to stop
