I bought 2003 Turbo Tax from Prime at Costo store in March. I mail the rebate for state products the next day after I purchase. I did not hear anything back from TurboTax. When I call the rebate customer service phone, and press in my phone number, the answer is that my rebate is in process. My question is until now, I still did not hear anything back form Turbo Tax. Where is my rebate? I won’t use Turbo Tax products anymore. It is expensive this way . Sincerely, AmyL
