On Tuesday, October 19th, my husband and I decided to try the buffet at cache creek, since due to the storm, none of the atm's at Cache Creek were working, so we had no money to gamble. Upon arriving at the buffet, we noticed how unfriendly the staff was, the lady at the dessert counter looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for a piece of cake (she was just too lazy to cut it) then my husband had to go behind the counter to scoop his own ice cream, along with another customer, due to the lazy cake lady not being at her station.

We thought that was funny and shrugged it off, but as I was seated sitting facing the buffet station, where the salads were, I noticed the lady behind the counter coughing on her hands (she had gloves on) but coughing directly into her hands and then touching the strawberry's one by one and tossing them back (she was obviously bored).

Then I noticed her picking up the food that was dropped onto the counter and instead of throwing it out, she was putting it back into the food. Totally disgusting, but the worst was watching her stick her hand in one of the food containers and moving her hand all around the food playing with it, I was totally disgusted at that time!

This was after coughing into the same hand I even had my husband turn around and look cause he thought I was joking and when he saw that he was disgusted!!!! We got up and left. No one was at the front for us to complain, this was late, at around 10pm. I would never ever in my life recommend going to this buffet. I'm surprised we are not sick. I can't find a web address to email directly to cache creek and I'm not in the mood to call them directly just to get shrugged off or put on hold. Also, does anyone win at this casino??? It seems like whenever we go and when we hear from people who have gone, no one is a winner. The machines don't even play with you!
