I have recently been the subject of a fraud by Chapel Sales, Inc. Once I gave them the down payment for a magazine subscription Chape Sales proceeded to send me billing notices.

They had all the info., my name, account number, address, and of course the amount that I owed them plus late fee's. I have all reciepts. Now that they have the monies I have sent Chapel Sales seems to have forgottent who I am.

They cannot find me in their system without the account number. I have launched a campain to discredit Chapel Sales, Inc.

I have been told that because these people have kept the amount to under $50 dollars that the only recourse is to go to N.J. where they are out of and sue in small claims court. I have trouble believing that a company can cross state lines, defraud people out of any amount of money, and get away with it.

Chapel Sales uses young students to come to your home to buy these magazine subscriptions. Our contributions are supposed to help the students with college funding. They first came to my home in 2007. I purchased some magazines and after about 4-6 months, I didn't receive anything. I was able to contact Chapel Sales in order to handle my situation. I began receiving my mags about two weeks later. It's a 3 year agreement. Now the magazine I was receiving went out of business and I have not been contacted by Chapel Sales. I should be compensated with a different magazine subscription or something. I attempted to contact them by phone and their numbers are disconnected. I'm going to their office in Mt. Laurel, NJ since I work not too far away. I'm gonna get to the bottom of this mess!! Keep ya posted

this is crazy.. looks like i've been a victem of fraud also..i bought first songs from a young lady who came to my door 8-30-06.. the price was 46.95 wich i paid in full that day.. then nothing came...i'm very upset. i tried to call them but the number was no longer then i look it up online n no longer.. this is a big problem.. i am left without knowing what to do.

Just having recently finding my receipt, I realize that I was also a subject of fraud by the Chapel Sales, Inc. A young lady knocked on my door in Oct.'06 selling books and magazines, I ordered 5 MIN Goodnite for my daughter, and I never received it. The book cost $46.95 plus tax. I came across this website when I tried to acess their website for a phone number to explain to them that I never received by book. What a surprise.

i have just realized myself that i have been tricked into their little scheme myself ....i have an invoice # but cant find my original receipt...and i too was sent a balance with a late fee charge and i piad it off and have not seen a magazine EVER

i still owe a balance should i pay it or still leave it alone i try to cancle with them but they still send billing notices also.

yes i worked for the csi i enjoyed the time i had but iwish i could go bac and change a lilttle s/thing
