THEY CHARGED ME FOR 2 SOLD OUT ITEMS; CANNOT RECTIFY. I AM SO STUCK AND FURIOUS!

These people will not accept returns without a "ran" number.

You cannot get a "ran" number without talking with them.

They give you 7 days for a return ONLY. They don't answer their phones and they don't return emails.

It is expensive. I NEED TO RETURN MY ITEM BUT CANNOT.

They did not ship the right size costume and charged me for items that I ordered that were "sold out."

I AM STUCK. STUCK, STUCK.
