Delta Faucets

One lever, (spray and faucet all in one), unit. Pulled faucet out, came unscrewed and I was not able to reassemble. No problems, just unscrewed. Unit one year old, professionaly installed. The first faucet was defective and was replaced.

Maybe not screwed on tight. In any event the dealer had to dissasemble the unit to connect it back up. Recieved bill for $114.00. I paid the bill along with a complaint letter which I copied to Delta. No response from either one. Letter sent two weeks ago. Needless to say I am done with both outfits
