Once upon a time i decided to but a computer, so i decided to to go to Pc world southend, and paid cash for a Emachines computer all in it cost me &#163525.00.

Now this is where the story gets going, after 3 months of purchase it went wrong so i took it back to Pc world and was told i was lucky that i had taken out insurance of &#1639.90 a month otherwise it would of cost me a fortune to get it fixed. Well after 3 days of it being in the shop and the nice young man who said that he would phone me when it was fixed did'nt ring i decided to go down there and it was fixed, but when i got it home and plugged it all in the same thing was wrong with it.

So i had to make another long phone call to the insurance people who told me to take it back to the shop it was in the shop for 2 days and i hadn't heard anything so again i went back down there and they told me that they needed the reboot cds i don't know why they couldn't of phoned me as they have got my phone number so i had to come all the way home to collect them then take them back, they then had it for another couple of days then i went to collect it and they told me that it was fixed but when i got it home again it still didn't work

so i had to go back down there again they couldn't fix it so they arranged for an engineer to come out to my home for the monday but he didn't turn up so i went back to the shop and asked them what had happened and his wife had gone into labour but they didn't let me know, so then they arranged for another engineer to come out and at the same time they gave me a replacement tower which they had taken out of a brand new box even though they told me that they would not give me a new one or my money back anyway they had arranged for the engineer to come out on the thursday but he didn't turn up when i had phoned the customer services to find out what had happened they said that he had turned up at the shop to repair it but obvisouly it was not there it was at my home bearing in mind that i only live 2 minutes away from the shop surely he could of drove just down the road,

anyway i went back to the shop i had already spoken to 2 managers so i asked to speak to another manager who told me that i would be entitled to get vouchers after 28 days and as the 28 days was nearly up he tole me to phone up the customer services and ask for them but when i did i had to have another engineer to come out on the tuesday well this time he turned up and he said that all it is was the keyboard wire and went but it is still not working so i am using the tower they give me to borrow they have not helped me at all and also i sent a letter to there complaints department 3 weeks ago i also sent it recorded delivery and i have not had a reply from them as yet.At present i am claiming incapacity benefit as i have got a bad back and i can do without all this aggro can you please find away around this situation thankyou.
