I have many complaints against this dealership. At present they owe me a refund of $1,8027.93. Guardian Warranty has send back my refund and I have yet to get that refund from the dealership for the cancellation of the warranty. It has been almost 3 months.

They have repeatedly lied. They lied about the price of my SUV. They placed the warranty on the paperwork without even asking if I wanted it. It was suppose to mandatory I found out when I had the SUV refinanced it was not mandatory. The SUV was suppose to be 4 wheel drive it was not. My husband traded in his 1994 Ford ranger on this 99 Ford Explorer and we could find no credit given for it in the paperwork. As of now we just want our refund back.

If it proceeds to court we intend to show and tell all. Right down to the door locks that were suppose to be fixed by them and are not. Along with the bogus paperwork sent to the finance company that it was an 8 Cly., it is a 6, a sunroof, it does not have one, 4 wheel drive, it is not. This was the first auto that we have had to finance. We were new to a lot and they knew all this because we told them. We trusted them to do things proper.

We were told a bumper to bumper inspection had to be preformed because of the finance company. A little over a week later we were replacing something that was quite visible to the eye. Worn out leaking transmission hoses. I have contacted the BBB in Myrtle Beach SC for this area here. They have a bad reputation with them. They sent a hand written letter to the BBB that all was resolved. Far from it. I have repeatedly called and one excuse after another has been told to me.
