773-478-8335 To all concerned that are considering the above merchant for kitchen remodels, AVOID this company at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!! I hired this company to refinish kitchen cabinets, install one new cabinet, install granite countertops, install new sink & faucet, and install a new garbage disposal. I had problems on every item purchased and installed.

After showing up late, trying to swap items ( for lower cost than bought), missing multiple appointments, numerous lies, items forgotted from order, leaking pipes, dishwasher that didn't work ( forgot to open plug on new disposal) , miss wiring ( burnt out first disposal), scratches in the granite, and adding extra granite that I didn't order ( and had to pay for); the owner stated that " things like this just happen sometimes."

After I hired my own contractors to fix the poor installation ( which they credited me off my bill), everything is now working correctly. The bottom line; AVOID USING THIS FIRM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! mark c Mark W. C

Countertop Services, Inc. has been in business for over 30 years and have always stood behind all of our work. We do not have any record of this so-called transaction. There is no file for a "Mark C" and we would appreciate further information so that we can check to see if this complaint, dating back to 2004, is from a bonafide customer. Nobody to our knowledge ever pays for work that is completed unsatisfactorily as this allegation states. We would welcome the opportunity to respond to this complaint if it were possible to identify the complainant.

Frankly, we believe this is a bogus complaint made in an attempt to discredit our company. If you can furnish us with more concrete specifics, we would be happy to investigate the situation.
