Good Afternoon,
I would like to send you information concerning a scam/spam program that I continue to receive in my junk folder through my internet service provider. I will say that this program is only one of at least 8 or 9 very similar programs that I have received over the past couple of months.
If you notice that the advertisement reads: FREE!!! It doesn't say free if. . . It states in plain black and white to fill out the short survey and all the products are yours to keep. Both ads from this same firm are identical in their free product giveaway.
Then read the terms. You have to financially obligate yourself to 2 credit card services: Be approved & make at least one purchase. Something that is not mentioned in their terms is ALL the jargon of going from Point A To Point B (meaning getting to the pages where you have to financially obligate yourself). There are numerous pages of needless services that you must weed through with the understanding that you will accept several of them in order to continue to the next step.
So what is clearly advertised as free with nothing more than a tester survey turns out to be a huge financial obligation with NO products given. Excuses given are no communication given by the card companies. Oh yes they intend to investigate (RIGHT!!!).
Now the other companies advertise FREE. Provide your mailing info in order for the company to know where to mail your product. Nothing mentioned about an IF. . . but the terms and the jargon are identical.
Even reading the fine print at the bottom is clear of committing you any service or financial obligation. Furthermore, these very same companies do clearly and knowingly sell off my information to other companies. So in essence my junk folder is littered and overflowing with more and more junk on a daily basis.
This type of scam/spam service needs to be stopped now. It's not legitimate, it's not honest, and it's false advertisement and very misleading. I sincerely hope that you can pass this information to the proper authorities.

According to them I am suppose to cash this 4500 dollar check spend money at 2 or 3 stores they select. i keep what i buy. file a report on the store and employees and i also do 'money transferes via western union' with the money from the check. the only pay is the money i spend on the job sites to elavuate. What fun. being an aware person i know enough not to fall for this and cash this check and follow the instructions. but i have a friend that owes the goverement 23 thousand dollars and can never use her computer again. This isn't fair. People like me that are looking for work for real work think that some of these offers are for real and end up in big trouble. Why should my friend have to worry about the fBI guys all the time. its bad enough we have to fight wars with bullets and now we are gonna have to fight wars with countries over there laws on the internet, what is the world coming to??????????????????
