I have a purchase number, shipping date and my credit card was charged for a total of $65.40.

I received a confirmation e-mail on September 30, 2004 telling me my charge card would show "JUMBOMALL.com". I have a purchase number, shipping date and my credit card was charged for a total of $65.40.

This is November 7, 2004 and I have not received the cigarettes. I've received e-mails from a Jill Plunkett telling me they should be at the post office, but I went to the post office and there is nothing there. Can you do anything to help with this situation?
