I wanted a McFlurry with my son's happy meal and three times a woman told me that I couldn't have it because it was an icecream product and not counted as a drink.

On two separate occasions I have been treated very badly, and the employees were very rude. I wanted a McFlurry with my son's happy meal and three times a woman told me that I couldn't have it because it was an icecream product and not counted as a drink.

I wanted chocolate milk to drink and a McFlurry also, but she continued to argue with me and tell me that I couldn't have it. I went to management and they cared less. Today I burned dinner and went to McDonalds again, I ordered 2 Big Mac meals, 1 chicken McNugget meal, and two cheesburgers, my order came to $20.75, (by the way, they were out of sauce for the Mc.Nuggets) When I got home I discovered that they had used the sweet pickles on the burgers, not the usual pickles that I had expected, everyone in my family HATES those pickles!!!

I phoned the restaurant to let them know that we got the wrong kind of pickles and they told me that they had run out of pickles and went to the local grocery store and bought some, and basically told me that it was too bad.

It would have been nice if they had told me in advance, so that I could have asked them not to put pickles on the burgers at all. I worked for McDonalds as a teenager, and truthfully it was an awesome place to work, but that would never have happened in the restaurant that I worked in, we were all properly trained in customer service and truly cared. What the heck happened to you McDonalds????
