Sears - I am not sure if you can help me, but I am vey upset with Sears service and merchandise. I purchased a treadmill from them 2 years ago. After one year the machine started jumping. I had it serviced by them and they charged me another $115.

I am not sure if you can help me, but I am vey upset with Sears service and merchandise. I purchased a treadmill from them 2 years ago. After one year the machine started jumping. I had it serviced by them and they charged me another $115.

 

Now - a year later the machine is jumping again. They said that the only thing they can do is charge me again for it to be serviced. I think it is pathetic that their machinery can not last more than a year without braking and that they don't recognize this as a problem!

 

THey should be replacing the faulty item - or at least fix it, again, without charging! PLease help me!
