First I went on line to see if I could port my 2 phone numbers over from Cingular, they said I could ,So I ordered a call plan from these assholes,and 2 phones ,which I paid up front,I waited a couple of days for the new phones to arrive, ,I got the phones a week later,but couldnt use them ,because my numbers weren't ported over yet, and I wanted to cancel my service with Cingular,After a week of calling nexttel ,I was told by some idiot, "Oh "your numbers cannot be ported over, I said, what are you trying to pull,I just paid for these phones, Im cancelling the contract,meanwhile my charge card was billed for all this nosense!

Then I was told I had to send the phones back and they wouldnt pay for shipping,Then I relly blew up ,I filed a complaint with the FCC, after 2 months of this shit ,I get another bill from nextel telling me I wont get the full refund on the phones ,cause they were scratched, I blew up again ,I filed another complaint with the FCC ,The FCC will investigate all these complaints !

,I did get a reply from the FCC ,I have an FCC License,for Amateur radio operation ,and know more about communications then these idiots ,that dont have any business being in the business world ,dealing with the public,in matters they have no idea or experience of what they are doing .

After 3 months of all this crap ,I also called the master charge company and contested the charges! Thats what you have to do ,hit these assholes in there pockets and file a complaint form under the tele-communucations act !!!! P.S. Im staying with Cingular
