Reseda, CA 91335 COMPLAINT: VERY UNPROFESSIONAL way of treating clients. When we decided to change auto insurance we gave them a courtesy call informing them that we were changing insurance company.

They did not acknowledge our call, instead they called our new insurance carrier and informed them about our previous accident record trying to give us a bad image.

WE FEEL THAT THIS ACTION WAS VERY UNETHICAL!
