Sonic Drive-in, Columbia, TN - I am not posting this email for the purpose of harming your bussiness. I was just disappointed. I am my family( wife, 2 daughters) stopped in for a meal after church on Sunday November, 7 (which just so happens to be my birthday).

I am not posting this email for the purpose of harming your bussiness. I was just disappointed. I am my family( wife, 2 daughters) stopped in for a meal after church on Sunday November, 7 (which just so happens to be my birthday).

We made our order and it arrived on a timely manner. When I checked the order it was incorrect, no big deal. We paged the order taker and she said she was sorry and would be right out with the item they did not bring. We waited for about 10 to 15 minutes and we still haven't got the issue resolved. I and my wife paged them back. We got the same response as before. "We are sorry and the rest of your order will be right out", replied the order taker.

Well after about 45 minutes total had past and the rest of our food had gotten cold, because we were going to take our order home. Still no action had been taken. By this time my wife was upset and she told the order taker that she demanded to know where her order was. Then they finally ran out with the order at this very moment.

I was just disappointed and it was not very pleasant on my birthday either. I would just like to have this matter looked into to see what is being done to improve on customer service so this doesn't happen to another customer.
