I did resubscribe this year (I believe in February). However, I was never able to download your product as, I believe, that somehow my previous year's subscription had been deleted. After some exchange e-mails with yourselves I was still unable to resolve the situation.

Therefore, my computer has been running without the subscribed protection and I am having problems with a Trojan. Could you please help me.
