Columbia House DVD club is impossible to contact. They send notices stating that they will be sending you a movie and charging it to your credit card if you do not contact them within a certain period.

Although a little presumptuous, this would not be so bad if contacting them was possible. The phone numbers hardly ever work: they are either never answered or the computer answrerer hangs up on you before you get to a real person.

The website just does not work at all. It provides information about movies but will not let you access any information about your account, including saying that you do not want to recieve the movie of the month and the ability to buy DVDs online. The only way to contact them seems to be my regular mail, as the email link on their website often does not work either.

Both my boyfriend and I have accounts with them and we cannot wait to complete our agreement and get away from them but the company makes it almost impossible for us to do so.
