Mine emachines monitor failed as well. In the 16th month. Unlike you, though, I did manage to find an e-mail link to them and expressed that emachines will no get no further business from my large extended family nor anyone else whom I can persuade. I received an auto-response via e-mail stating that I would hear from their offices with 7 days, which I still have not received. I will now send a copy of my e-mail complaint to their corporate office. It is never too late for you to do the same.
