JCPenny's - I recently ordered a handbag from JcPenny’s online. From the beginning it started to wear out the color WAS pink and almost immediately the handles started wearing out.

I recently ordered a handbag from JcPenny’s online. From the beginning it started to wear out the color WAS pink and almost immediately the handles started wearing out. I, of course called them right away to request a new purse be sent out to me. The response to that was I would be charged another 50.00$ to my Visa card until they received the original purse back.

 

This was very upsetting to me since I had already spent the money once and felt that they should Immediately ship the new one out to me of course they wouldn’t do it. I then called back and spoke with a supervisor who said they would send my purse out and a shipping label for the original and I would not be charged, well the shipping label came but the new purse NEVER did so again I called back to complain at this point beyond angry at the entire situation at which point I was hung up on and told that whatever was wrong with the purse was because of I something I DID!

 

They also said that it had been too long and that they could not exchange my purse but I course I could repurchase it! So now I’m stuck with the original which looks extremely tacky and is falling apart and I’m out 50$ I will never shop JCPenny’s either store or online again as there lack of customer service is appalling and there treatment of there customers unbelievable.
