Supercuts, 430 South Mason Avenue, Katy, TX - would like to complain about the treatment we received

Hello, I would like to complain about the treatment we received at our local Supercuts, located at 430 South Mason Avenue in Katy, TX. I called this evening at about 6:30 to ask what time they closed. I was told 8:00 p.m..

So, we loaded up our 2 boys and arrived at the salon at 6:45. As we pulled in the man inside was getting ready to turn the sign around to say "closed". I quick jumped out of the van and ran up to the door. I poked my head in and said wait I just called and was told you were open until 8. Another girl said she'd made a mistake and that they closed at 7.

Well...it was only 6:45 and I said I hauled over my 2 boys but they all, there were at least 3 workers in there, just looked at me and said we're closed. Two little boy haircuts could have easily been finished in 15 minutes. So....I promised my 6 year old who is learning how to tell time, that I would write and complain because even he knew it was wrong to turn us away when the sign said they were open until 7. We were treated very rudely and I will definitely find a new salon for my kids.

I hope my children grow up to be much more responsible adults than we encountered this evening. All those employees were thinking about was getting out of there! I wonder if they "clocked out" at 6:45 or if they actually waited until 7. And to make matters worse, they didn't even feel bad that they had disrupted our evening by giving out incorrect information in the first place. Sincerely,
