Believe me after the first time I double checked to see that all information required on their rebate form was provided. AND.......the purchase date is on the register receipt that I had to provide. With the receipt of a third postcard denying my rebate....I am now convinced that Symantec is scamming the customer with a bait and switch type offer.
I am not sure what recourse you offer other then to allow disgruntled people to vent their frustrations. It is my intent to pursue this matter vigorously.
