I have had no trouble for a couple of years with my At&t universal Card. Couple of months ago I received a bill for around $300.

I called up to find out the account was late the previous month and had acrued fees and finance charges of $300 dollars and the rate went from 9.99% to 28.74% percent tried to tell me it was late and all the fees? The check was sent two weeks befor the due date.
