I ordered a flag stand and a flag on October 15, 2004. My card was charged the same day. It is now November 4, 2004 and still no merchandise.

I have sent repeated e-mails to the company and to date have had no response. I have also tried calling the number listed on their web-site and constantly get a busy signal. The web-site does not give an address.
