I even wrote them a letter to the address that they have on there web site and no one has yet to contact me.

My name is Rosalie M and I have been trying to receive my star from www.starnamer.com since May 25, 2004. My star is very over due. I have tired several attempts to get my money back but I have never gotten a response from them. I even wrote them a letter to the address that they have on there web site and no one has yet to contact me.

It has been over 5 months and I never got any response from them or even my product. This

website is a scam and I would not recommend it to any one. When I request where my product on the website is, it gives me a response to my e-mail saying that my product got lost in the mail. This has happened over 10 times already. How many more times are they going to say they lost my

product in the mail? There website is a lie.

They could have been very professional and just sent me a refund when I wrote to them or even called

me because I even gave them my phone number. I am very upset. I wasted over $70 on a star that I never received. I have been very patient with this company and I hope no one orders from them. They will be very disappointed. My star number is SAO 24777 and I had dedicated to Erica Arispe because that is our anniversary date. Hopefully some day this website will be shut down.
