My husband, Riyadh A, had 2 family plans and requested a hold on both for one year in March 2004 since he was going out of country. In October, I received a bill from collection office amount of 488.48. COllection services did not provide

me any info. Therefore, I called Tmobile questioning this. The rep who handled my call reviewed both

accounts and said that one of the plan was disconnected because of unpaid charges. However, she

said there must be a mistake and will put an investigation. I received another letter from collection services requesting payment as soon as possible. Since my

husband is away, I have been his voice to discuss the matter with TMobile. I called back a few days ago. I was told that the check that we have sent to make the last payment was returned. I never made TMobile payments by check and paid always with AMEX. When I told them, they said, that my credit card denied the payment, therefore they have canceled the service. I have never received any payment requests from TMobile after we put both plans on hold. I am sick and tired of TMobile lies and charges. I used to pay my Tmobile account with auto pay. When they started abusing my credit card (3 charges in one month), I cancelled auto payment and started paying monthly. I am prepared to get bank statements to show that there is no returned checks as Tmobile indicated, as well as my AMEX report to prove that the charges may not have been distributed to the account properly if their claim for payment is correct. This abuse is mental as well as financial. My husband who left the country for a duty with a perfect credit report and will be returning into this mess, damaging his credit record. Here I am emotionally and mentally fighting TMobile to fix the mistake they have made
