After three frustrating and tiring days of trying to maneuver their website, trying to get in touch with customer service, etc, I was finally able to place my order online.

I am a 60 year old cancer patient who "attempted" to order a wig from this company. After three frustrating and tiring days of trying to maneuver their website, trying to get in touch with customer service, etc, I was finally able to place my order online.
However, I then received an email that they were "deeply resentful" that I had emailed customer service three times to get help placing my order (the website wasn't working correctly) and, therefore, they were cancelling both of my orders! When I asked them why they were so upset, things got much worse very quickly. I was told literally that I was a "piece of garbage"and to "get a life".
This email blitz has been going on for FOUR hours now, and in fact, I just got two more emails from them, one saying simply "lol" and another saying "hahahahahaha".
I wonder if this will go on all night? This is malicious stuff! If anyone out there knows what action I can take to get them off the internet, please let me know.

I attempted to order some hair extensions from them and I did not hear back from them almost 8 days after I placed my order. I then proceeded to contact them via e-mail. They cancelled my order and took a $20.00 fee. They were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I decided to just take the $20.00 loss, and never do business with them again. several hours later, they e-mailed me, and taunted me stating that maybe next time if I learned how to wait I could have the pleasure of doing business with them. Is there any one out there who can give suggestions as to how we can bring this inappropriate behavior to public light? i see on there website that they were featured on ABC's makeover show, this makes people think that they are a reputable company, but they are really unprofessional and I would hate to see anyone go through this experience.
