Simi Valley, California Blue Haven Pools built our pool a couple of years ago. Our pool displayed "hair line"cracks within the first year and have increased to major cracks throughout the pool. I have called the Corporate Office - answering machine only - nobody calls back. I have been calling the local office, almost daily, in Simi Valley since June.

They tell me one lie after the other. They have yet to come out and inspect the pool. They don't bother calling back. Customers beware: Just researching on the Internet today, I came across so many Blue Haven Pools complaints. I will be contacting the Attorney General, District Attorney, Contractor's Board and other agencies to make my complaint known.
