Sweepstakes Online - I paid $39.95 for a full year which sounded like a good deal. I was never able to participate in anything like their forum or ever able to get any questions resolved. When I would try to sign in, I was never able to get connected with my password.

I belonged to an outfit called Sweepstakes Online. The web address is www.sweepstakesonline.com. I paid $39.95 for a full year which sounded like a good deal. I was never able to participate in anything like their forum or ever able to get any questions resolved. When I would try to sign in, I was never able to get connected with my password.

I participated in the sweepstakes but that's all I was able to do. Nothing else worked. I sent something like 15 e-mails to everyone listed in their staff and no one ever answered me. Once someone said they would get back to me but never did.

I had a few thousand points that I never knew what to do with and no one would help me. They have now discontinued my website so that I would have to pay again to get in. They never told me my time was up and I had sweepstakes listed that I would do every day.

I have been so frustrated and all I wanted was a simple explanation or finding someone who cared. After they got my dues, that was it.
