I placed an order with this company on September 19 and paid for it by credit card. I would check status on the order and as of September 30 the order was on it's way to shipping.
I did not receive another update until October 25 which said part of my order was discontinued and I had been informed via e mail. It also gave link to edit the order with another item.
I have written this company four times since then and have yet to receive a response. I have also tried their toll free number and it is always busy. I want to cancel the whole order and have my money refunded. I really do not know what to do. Do you have any suggestions?
