They have already charged my husbands bank account for over $200.00 that is totally bogus. I have never used Earthlink and I want this harrassment to STOP NOW. I cancelled my service in March of 2008, it is now September and they still send me bills for an e-mail address I never new I had. They are charging me for this e-mail address, for the paper invoice, and non-automated payment. PLease help me someone. I want the phone calls to stop!
