Hello- While it is true that i did FINALLY receive a refund (after weeks & weeks of emails, THREATS over & over of legal action & action taken by my Bank & Paypal) i believe this person to be a detriment to buyers-no one should have to suffer the verbal abuse these people put me through & waiting for the rightful refund i was due since the product never arrived, despite numerous promises of delivery or refund. I had to email them 15 times a DAY for WEEKS on end, at several email addresses-look up their personal info at my own cost, copntact the police in their state & prepare to sue them through small claims court before i actually got the refund. They did NOTHING to make me believe they

wouldn't do the same thing to another person, in fact their last reply to me was to insult & blame ME for what happened. Thank you, Craig

Hello, I was frauded out of $150.00 by Tony Kinnel aka

Melinda McCray-they took my money for iOffer auction http://www.ioffer.com/i/4121441 & never delivered the purse.

I was told i would receive a refund, but i never did-one key about this person (they have many ID's on iOffer) is that they always use iKobo.com & NEVER Paypal as a payment option, as they were kicked off Paypal because they refused to refund my money through them. Some of their ID's: tkinthehouse, streetbagz, mellba06902.

I am looking into filing a lawsuit as they have committed a crime against at least 2 people (i found another person frauded by them on this complaint website). I have saved all correspondance & involved my credit card in this, i fully intend to pursue this till i get my money back. Craig S
