I recently bid on and ultimately won a flow blue pitcher and bowl. The seller was
Email User I have gotten at least two nastygrams from her threatening me with strikes and not being able to ever use your auction business again. I have written at least 2 e-mails to you and thus far I have received no reply.

I can assure you if I ever straighten this mess out I will never use your auction services again. This all started when I couldn't remember my password.
I received numerous e-mail messages with the same information over and over again. All I want to do is retrieve my password from the black hole from which it resides and pay this woman. If someone is out there and listening PLEASE !
help me resolve this problem. If you have a phone number for this seller I will call her personally and take care of this matter once and for all!
