RE: {TS01#100-812} SBC Yahoo 100 free prints Hi Kathi Middleton (if you really exist and that is really your name), Wow! This is quite possibly the worst case of the run around I have ever gotten from a company in my life! All 4 of the steps you just stated are already answered in the original email if you took the time to read it instead of wasting my time... I'm more than a little unhappy that I uploaded all these pictures and have spent so much time trying to take advantage of this offer which I'm sure expired in the time I was waiting to receive a worthless response to my email. Here's my revised steps to pass on to other customers and save them a whole lot of time. Step 1 I signed up for SBC yahoo DSL between the dates specified and have provided the # of the line that I signed up for DSL on in my original email.... Step 2 I registered my sbc yahoo id and linked it two my existing yahoo id which are both included below in the orginal email... Step 3 I received an email as described below and also stated this in the original email below... Step 4 I opened the email and followed the link, uploaded my photos and was only credited with 10 free prints once again as stated in my original email... Step 5 Contact SBC Yahoo four different ways and each time get told to contact someone else. Step 6 Get really frustrated at how incompetent and unhelpful SBC and Yahoo customer service is and give up when they tell you to call a number you have already called and been referred to another number then another number and then an email address that takes almost a week to get a response from... Step 7 Go to Google and type in "SBC DSL Sucks" and you and find 93,600 other cases of how terrible their customer service is. I could run a better operation in my sleep but I'm sure nobody at SBC Yahoo is worried about customer service once they have you signed up for a year (which is probably about how long it takes to get the service working in the first place). Oh and I forgot to mention, maybe you should remove the promise to respond within 24 hours from the website and auto-response. You are just setting people up for even more disappointment. We won't even get into my experience with the installation of my phone line and DSL... Thanks for absolutely nothing!
