Alarm one is a scam! We signed up for a 3 year contract in which we diligently paid all three years at 29.99 a month. After those three years the “contract” automatically rolled over into another yearly contact. I complained to Alarm One that I was not aware that the contract was rolling over into another year and they told me that I should have read the “fine print” better. They said we could cancel if we sent them a signed fax, but this was not the case…they still claim that we are “locked in” until January the 15th 2005. Long story short…Alarm One treats you like crap and they will make every attempt to keep you in a contract…avoid this company like the plague! I suspect that the company is owned by some sort of Mafia entity. Paul H
