Fox Car Rental - San Jose, CA I made a reservation 2 weeks ahead of time, trying to avoid any problem and make sure I will be on my way during the Thanks Giving Holiday.
When I got to the Fox Rental location to pick up my car (Full size - or Mercry Sable, or Similar), I was told that there are no cars available.
The clerck offered me a Compact car. That was totaly unacceptable to have reserved a specific car, and not to have it available for pick up. And the most important thing, that this was a holiday season and there was no way to find another car at another rental company. My vacation was totaly messed up because of this problem.
Note that the employee at the desk was not proffesional at all and need to learn how tp talk with customers.
