Dublin OHIO First off we were lied to in the beginning about brand named soap products we were supposed to receive,but they were generic.

We had a problem that night it was in stalled, we had called them first thing in the morning and told them our concerns and we had changed our minds we had wanted there system out and wanted the system back that was already in our BRAND new home. Yes we had bought a system when our home was done.

For one thing they (PURE H2o) took our other system that we had already paid for, but had refused to give it back. They only allow 3 days to change your mind we changed ours that night only to here there BOGUS crap about making things right. Needless to say it has been 13 months and we still have this garbage water system in our home always something wrong with it.
