It was listed at 599.99 after instant rebate and showed that your West Nyack store had them in stock. I drove there with my children and upon checkout, was denied the advertized price.

It was listed at 599.99 after instant rebate and showed that your West Nyack store had them in stock. I drove there with my children and upon checkout, was denied the advertized price. The first CompUSA representative I spoke with, John Moccia, saw the ad I brought and started cursing in front of my children (aged 5 and 7). I asked him to watch his language. He then said he would speak with the manager and we were left standing there for another 10-15 minutes. When I then spoke with the General Sales Manager, Scott Eiser, he told me that if he sold the TV for CompUSA's advertised price, he would lose his job. Although the Internet ad stated "In-Store Only," he said he is not responsible for CompUSA's ads and would not honor the company's advertised pricing. This letter was sent to the company's Internet site customer service link the same day this happened. To date, they have not responded in any way.
