Dallas November 29, 2004 To whom it may concern: My name is Minh V and my ATT Wireless mobile number: 972-672-9sss On November 11, 2004 I signed and agreed upon a 2 year contract with your company for the following services:
-National plan with 1000 minutes any time -unlimited night and weekend after 9:00pm -unlimited mobile to mobile - And most importantly the billing cycle was going to change starting the same day when I got the contract (November 11, 2004) -- All for $39.99/month -- After reviewing my last bill dated Nov 21 (which means that the change for the billing cycle never took place) -- I noticed that I was charged for 192 over minutes in the amount of $76.80. That was not what your agent offered me, therefore is not what we agreed upon when signing the contract. On November 29, 2004 I talked to one of you Customer Service representatives and his supervisor John as well. They offered to give me a credit of $35.00 and apologized for the confusion, however they took away the National Plan for which I signed-up for because your agent offered me wrong plan, and suggested to change it for one with 800 minutes and still having night/weekend unlimited, and mobile to mobile unlimited OR 1000 minutes any time no night/weekend. I will like you to honor the agreement that both parties agreed upon. I can't understand why I have to be penalized for one of your agent's mistakes. He is representing your company therefore I should get exactly what I was offered or at least, I would like to be credited in full the 76.80, and the cancellation of my contract, so I can get the wireless service with a more reliable company. Unfortunately I cannot provide the full names of the people that I spoke with since they do not give last names or extensions out, but I'm certain that if you look at your phone records you can find out who I talked to and who offered me the wrong plan.
Please let me know at your earliest convenience what will be the way to solve this issue, as I am only asking is to receive the service that was promised to me in the contract. Also notify me by mail or by phone upon resolved this matter. Thank you so much for your understanding, your assistance and consideration toward this matter are greatly appreciated.
