Importance: High

On 11/28/04 I purchased a module I was told was required for my self install alarm for my automobile. Within 1 hr I learned they had mistakenly sold me the module and I did not require it for my model of vehicle. Pacific Stereos has a strict No Refund Policy written in fine print on their sales receipt... I bout a $129.00 module I did not need and even though they persuaded me to buy it and inadvertently didn't need it they refuse to return my money, offer me store credit. Buyers beware there are probably better places to be buying your auto electronics from that are not so unscrupulous. Expensive lesson or me. Mel D, R From: AllTemp
