El Cajon, Ca. 92020 I live in the city of El Cajon and also work very near by (about 3 miles) to this PetsMart. I am easily in this store about 3-5 days a week. I have 5 cats that live with me at home and 2 that live at the

veterinary clinic where I work as the office manager. On Saturday 11/27/2004 I ran over to Petsmart to quickly purchase some litter(another 30lbs., about every 10 days). It was raining so I drove slowly but knew I would still make it in time before they closed at 9 pm. I parked my truck at 8:50 and walked up to the door which was locked. I stood out in the rain and could see all the employees inside.

I waved to them and they just shook their heads and said they were closed. I held up my hands with nine fingers and pointed to my watch. Again they said no. I yelled thru the door that I only needed cat litter and I would be very quick. This time the shook their heads no and turned their backs to me. I returned to my car and called my husband on my cell phone and had him log onto the computer. I had him check with official US time and call "time" from our home phone. Both confirmed that it was still only 8:56 pm when I had returned to my car. I don't usually run to the store that late but I didn't realize I was so low on cat litter. I recognized one of the girls because I am in there so much but I can't say she knew it was me because of the RAIN!!!

I provide them with a lot of business for my cats needs both at home and at work, but I also refer a lot of clients there too. I was very disappointed, and wet. The only website I have for them is for the
