I bought a product from l3solutions (www.l3solutions.com). I worked fine, but hen I installed an update, it wiped out all my data. I have tried to contact them 8 times and they do not respond. I even went to whosit and sent an email to the owner of the domain with no success. They take your money very fast, and then provide no support at all. David S
