Bekins / good and fair moved my household or part of it in august 2004 from western New York to SW Florida.

After whinning about the load size, which (they came and estimated), they employees then decided to eliminate part of my household from the load.

Later in the year I had to go and move these things myself. Bekins then took around 2 extra weeks to deliver My load, using the hurricane season as an excuse. They had plenty of time prior to the hurricane to deliver this.

What the problem was that instead of the 2 or 3 households supposed to be on board, they decided to go for around 6 loads. So instead of delivering My things on time, Bekins chose to screw Me and drive all over the state of Florida.

They also did a bit of damage to a number of things including the destruction of a drill press which they refused to acknowledge, and they got maple syrup all over 25% of the cartons of My household. The claims examiner TOTALLY DENIED My claim using the hurricane (charley) as an excuse for all problems.

THEY WILL NEVER SEE ANY BUSINESS FROM ME OR ANYONE IN MY FAMILY AGAIN! They even suggested to Me that if I did not like the way they conduct business, then I should move myself in the future. I will do just that...............any business that destroys the load, delivers it late, LIES about it, refuses the claim, and then demands 6,000.00 is history in My book!
