This is with reference to the above matter. I would like to state that my "money back scheme" under your VIDEOCON INTERNATIONAL LTD. expires on 16th of March 2004 i.e. after the completion of 6 years.

On the 20th of April, 2004 i had sent letter to the Videocon International Ltd. Aurangabad., mentioning all my details alongwith bond copy, but so far i didn't got any response, then i had called up to the concerned department, they stated that my file is under process.

It is deeply regret to state that after nearly 8 months i didn't got any response, being an Internation recognized and valuable company hope you will take up my this complaint and respond to me immediately.
