On Friday, November 26, 2004, I took my car to University Car Wash & Quick Lube for an oil change and simple car wash. Later that night, I noticed that 2 walkie talkies were missing from my glove compartment. At the time, I thought maybe the items were moved to a different area of the car since I had used them that day.

The following day, I noticed that the cupholder where I had a large amount of change, was empty (leaving nothing but my mailbox key). When I returned home from running errands, I called and spoke with the Manager of the business. I explained that the items in question, as well as my cup of change, were missing after leaving his establishment.

The manager basically took an attitude with me and acted as though there was nothing he could do. After he maintained a minute of silence, he told me he would look through his video tapes, but that he knows his workers would not steal anything. I spoke to the Manager at 4:45pm on Saturday, and now it is Sunday at 11:06pm, and I did not receive a return phone call.

If anyone uses this business for their oil changes and/or car wash, I would seriously reconsider.
