Norton Antivirus
I bought Norton Antivirus twice and should have learned the first time. I purchased a new computer after getting a virus in my old one thinking I had Norton Antivirus. I mean since I had paid for it. When buying this new computer it came with Norton Antivirus but had to be renewed after so many days.
I bought the virus protector again and ever since it keeps telling me my subscription has run out. This is like a week after buying the new one. I have tried everything to make them understand but all I get is some computer talk.I have done everything this talking computer has told me to do and still can't get any up dates and the same message that my subscription run out.
Believe me I will never make this mistake again. I have wasted over $150.00. Would love to talk with a human and not a computer if Norton has them.
