Complaint: A marketing company located at 2419E Commercial Boulevard Fort Lauderdale Fl 33308 contacted me by telephone offering a vacation package offer at that time I was inform,ed that I would recieve information along with a videotape showing the Ramada Plaza Resort vacation package.

I never recieved this information. In a booklet that was recieved there was a cancellation form included which I filled out and returned to the address provided.

Recieved a phone call from one of theirrepresentatives stated that I could no longer change any plans that were presented to me. I do not want to continue with these vacation plans with Ramada Plaza Resorts.

I did not sign any legal documents that should hold me to this vacation plan. I choose to cancel out and have the money refunded to my credit card. In addition these people can't take no for an answer. If something is not resolved with this situation I will have to contact consumer protection with the state of Wisconsin and have them look into this situation.

I do not feel that i am legally bound without a written agreement on my part that I have to pay for a vacation plan that I can't take advantage of. thank-you contact me at
