I have just been charged by 24ProtectPlus $19.95 -- SOMETHING I DID NOT AUTHORIZE --- In FACT --- I called up the company MONTHS AGO AND SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM -- I WANT ALL OF MY INFORMATION REMOVED FROM YOUR DATA BASE --- AND -- my membership TO BE CANCELED. I was TOLD that it WAS canceled.
I came acrossed another person on this site who had somewhat of a similar situation. I want my money back NOW! I cannot believe that they would do this. First of all... I am a college student and CANNNOT afford this loss, but REGARDLESS of that fact ...
THIS IS STEALING in the good old fashioned sense of the term -- it's simply stealing money. BESIDES this --- VALUEMAX has charged em ANOTHER 19.95 - i'm guessing these are partners? I have been charged $14.95 for a year and a half. This is on my American Express card. I thought all along it was a charge from AE to find out this is someother company I have nevr heard of before . I am not sure Who they are . I called to cancel and only got a recording saying my account is cancelled . I have a dispute of charges filed with AE . What can I do if they cannot get these charges reversed?
