We bought a Euro Pro Shark Roadster vacuum from Target in Santee California. We used it for about 7 months before the thing just died. It was a bit iffy with clogging before and with bits and pieces

breaking off as it got bumped around the house but it just flat out died. You cant turn it on.

We contacted Target about fixing it and were told that the Target warranty period had expired and we must call, the Target Customer Care center. We did that, and after we finally got through, they told us we needed to talk to the company. We did that. We were sent into phone hell, where the company in an effort to get us to go to the website told us our wait would be twenty minutes on the phone and then hung up on us. We called back several times and finally managed to speak with a real person in India impersonating a person in Toronto. He told us his name was Bob Collins and he was in Toronto but after I asked him directly if he was in India he said yes. So this person tells me that there is no local repair service, I must MAIL my vacuum cleaner to NEW YORK and send a check for $16 for the return of my vacuum. I told him that I didn't have a box for the

vacuum or the packing material. He said I should have saved the box.

I was going to just shove it in some sort of box but the mailing cost was going to be exorbitant too, so I have just decided to cut my losses, and get another vacuum. If it broke down again I was going to

have to repeat the same process. Not worth it. Don't buy this vacuum. Robin R
